Audience

The Sciences Po Bordeaux Executive Master’s programme is intended for people with at least five years of professional experience and four years of higher education. Exceptions may be granted for anyone with significant professional experience. Persons who have received specific training in the ISSA Guidelines are granted credits in these areas. As the first intake is for French-speakers, an excellent command of French is required. Students will include:

  • Senior managers in central or local and regional administration
  • Managers in social security institutions (national, regional and local funds, and so on)
  • Managers in local authority organizations with a focus on: managing directors, department heads, mission managers or contractual project managers
  • Senior managers in central services of national administrations
  • Senior managers in African companies or companies based in Africa and in emerging countries
  • Managerial staff in international and regional organizations in the aid, development and public health sectors
  • Consultants or researchers in international consulting firms and international organizations

Selection procedure

The first class of students began its work in September 2023 and the next selection will take place in 2025. It is however possible to register separately for each semester, up to one month before the start of courses (dates shown below):

1st semester: 18 September 2023
2nd semester: 12 February 2024
3rd semester: 16 September 2024
4th semester: 17 February 2025

Upon receipt, applications will are processed as follows:

  • The application is examined and the candidate’s eligibility is validated
  • The candidate is invited to an individual interview with the admissions committee
  • The admissions jury deliberates
  • Funding for the training is verified
