The training programme favours a multidisciplinary approach, focusing on the legal, economic, managerial, policy and sociological aspects of public affairs. Teaching is mainly online.

Each block leads to a stand-alone university certificate. Students who have completed all four university certificates, which can be obtained in different years, defend a thesis to earn their master’s degree.

The sociology of organized action and the political science, economics, and management science are taught to create the cross-cutting base of analytical skills that are key to building methods suited to modern-day realities.

In addition to the knowledge transmitted and the tools immediately transferable to the field, students will benefit from innovative and participative teaching methods based on concrete case studies, situational simulations from their professional environment and decision-making exercises in complex situations.
