The World Congress on Rehabilitation (WCR 2024) is one of the most important events for the international disability community. A call for abstracts has been opened and potential speakers can send in their proposals until 9 May 2024.
For the first time, the International Social Security Association is a co-organizer of the World Congress on Rehabilitation, together with Rehabilitation International (RI Global), and Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO).
Taking place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 23–25 September 2024, the World Congress is expected to gather more than 1,000 international experts and stakeholders in the field of the rights and inclusions for persons with disabilities.
This is a major opportunity for professionals, researchers and stakeholders to exchange ideas, innovations, and best practices in the field of rehabilitation. ISSA members, partners and contacts are encouraged to submit their proposals and to register for the World Congress. ISSA members will benefit from a discounted registration fee.
